Howie and Chris Lipson founded Family Adventure Magazine, a one-of-a-kind information resource on family adventure travel in 1998.

The Lipsons, who have been avid adventurers for many years, continue to operate the website at www.famtrav.com which now lists over 550 adventure providers around the world. The website also lists pertinent information. The website, www.famtrav.com, has dozens of articles and stories about family adventure travel and is THE source for all family adventure travel needs.

In 2005 the Lipsons decided to create a one-of-a-kind information resource on elder adventure travel.The website, www.ElderTrav.com, has been launched and will soon be THE source for all elder adults adventure travel needs.
